I am Ryan Cortel, I am originally from Southern Philippines and have called Lethbridge my new home now. I am in the massage therapy program and will be expected to graduate in April 2027.

I am an avid health advocate and have worked in the health care industry for more than 10 years now, both as a registered nurse and health care aid. I have taken this new challenge to transition to massage therapy and hope to bring holistic wellness to my community, family and friends.

Massage for me is a meaningful time to rest and reset the mind, soul and body. I have found healing and recovery through massage therapy given by local massage therapists or “healers” in my country. With my current training and experience together with my respect for health and the human body, I aim to provide my clients quality service that promotes health, wellness and prepare them for whatever goal, work or new ventures they may have.
